Poppy Hill Rosé Blush
NEW: Our 24 Poppy Hill Rosé Blush is a lighter Rosé than our usual Poppy Hill. Made with Regent and Pheonix grapes this wine delivers on red berry character with the red grape along with zesty notes of the white. This vintage was whole bunch pressed and fermented in stainless steel, maintaining the grapes natural fresh and fruity character.

Tasting notes
The nose opens with fresh strawberry and a hint of raspberry layered with grapefruit zest and a hint of elderflower.
Ellie enjoys this one icey cold.
Winemaking & Ageing
This Rosé is made with a blend of white and red grapes. They were all whole bunch pressed then fermented until dry in stainless steel. The wine was left to settle for 9 months before filtering and bottling.
Character
On the palate, it is crisp and refreshing, with lively acidity balancing the juicy red berry flavours and subtle mineral undertones.
Pairing
Poppy Hill Rosé Blush is the perfect balance of fruity and a fresh that makes it ideal for pairing with a range of seafood or anything lightly spiced.
Equally, pairing this with grilled portobello mushrooms or barbequed jackfruit will elevate the flavours within the dishes.
I don’t usually drink Rosé but this wine has converted me. Bravo!

FAQ
How often do you hold your events?
Our events are generally held at least monthly if not more depending on the time of year. We try to advertise dates around 3 months in advance.
How much wine will I consume on my visit?
Each wine sample is generally around 50-75ml. If you would like a spittoon during your visit, please let a member of the team know.
Can I bring my dog?
We are a dog friendly venue, but always ask that they are kept on a lead and that owners are respectful of other guests who may not like your fury friends as much as we do. We also polite request they DO NOT sit on our furniture.
What happens if I change my mind and can’t attend on the day I have booked?
Sadly we cannot change dates that have been booked for a whole host of reasons. If you are unable to attend an event you are booked on to, we advise you give us as much notice as possible and we will add them back to the system and try resell the tickets. If they do not sell the full amount will be lost. More can be read in our Ts &Cs.
Can I gift events?
We advise that people buy one of our ‘gift cards’ rather than booking a specific event. This means rather than loose the booking if they cannot attend, that they can book a date that works for them OR purchase wine.
Can I leave my car after the event?
While you are allowed to leave cars, they are done so at the owners risk. The properties gates will also be locked when the staff leave and are only open during opening house Please ensure you (or your guests) check what the opening times are on the day following your event.
