How do I redeem my gift card?

At checkout, two boxes will appear on the left-hand side of your screen. One says ‘gift card’ and the other says ‘discount coupon’. Regardless of whether you have a digital or physical gift card, there will be a 16-digit code, which you will need to enter into the ‘gift card’ box – this will deduct the value from your purchase.

Do you ship the wine?

Yes! We ship nationwide using Parcel Force. Alternatively, if you live locally and fancy popping by, we do have a ‘cellar door collection’ option.

How quickly will my wine be sent?

Our shipping days are usually Tuesdays and Fridays. This may vary during busier periods of the year.

Can gift cards be used in the cellar door?

The gift cards are designed to be used on our website for booking events and buying wine. However, we try to be flexible where possible and while the gift card cannot be used across separate visits to the cellar door, we will accept a gift card at the cellar door once.

For example: a £25 gift card cannot be used on two separate visits, but if you wanted to use an outstanding amount on the gift card to pay for a purchase from the cellar door, this would be accepted.

What happens if I can’t attend on the day I have booked?

Sadly we cannot change dates that have been booked. If you are unable to attend an event you have booked, we advise you to give us as much notice as possible. From here we will add them back to the system and attempt to resell the tickets. If they do not sell the full amount will be lost. More can be read in our T&Cs.
