-Outdoor seating options when weather permits.

All products are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock after purchase, we will contact you to offer a refund or alternative product.

5. Delivery & Shipping

A signature may be required upon delivery. If unavailable, the courier may leave a card for redelivery or collection.
If delivery is delayed due to no fault of our own, we cannot accept responsibility.

6.1 Returns & Refunds (Products)
You have the right to return an item within 14 days of receipt, provided it is unopened, unused, and in original condition.
If an item arrives damaged or faulty, you must notify us within 3 days of receipt. We may request photographic evidence and offer a replacement or refund.
Return shipping costs are the customers responsibility unless the item is faulty.
6.2 Tour & Event Cancellations
Cancellations by You:
Cancellations made within 7 days of booking (and no later than 28 days before the event) may be rescheduled.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after this period.
Cancellations by Us:
If we cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather), we will offer an alternative date or a refund.
7. Tour & Event Terms
7.1 Guest Responsibilities
By booking a tour or event, you agree to:
Follow staff instructions at all times.
Respect that the vineyard property access is limited to designated areas.
Drink responsibly – we reserve the right to refuse alcohol service to intoxicated guests.
7.2 Late Arrivals & No-Shows
Guests should arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start time.
If you are late, we cannot guarantee participation in the full event.
No-shows are non-refundable.
7.3 Group Bookings
For group tours, a non-refundable deposit may be required.
